Gentle Dentistry Of
We cater to the fearful! We makeover your smile and perception of dentistry with gentle and compassionate care.
Has it been a while since you have seen a dentist? Are you embarrassed by the look of your teeth? Do you associate dental visits with negative experiences as a child or at other dentists’ offices? If so, we welcome you! Our office was designed with anxious, apprehensive, and fearful patients in mind. You are not alone; there are many others just like you.
Knowing that the need for proactive dental care never stops, Dr. Ria Sahara developed Gentle Dentistry of Newnan. Dr. Sahara and the rest of our kind and authentically caring team have truly lived up to the “gentle” name. We have developed a strong following and many friendships with patients who had not visited a dentist before us in years. It is incredibly rewarding for these individuals to put their trust in us.
You do not need to “be medicated” at our office to comfortably and pleasantly get the preventive, general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry procedures you need. In fact, we have found through the years that safe and relaxing medications are merely “helpers.” They do not “cover up” fears; instead, these adjuncts help you overcome your anxiety or “triggers.”
Often, all it takes to reduce or eliminate any reliance on relaxers is speaking with our valued patients about their concerns. We provide clear information about our services. We are transparent and empower individuals with accessible information. So, they do not fear the unknown and can make educated decisions that are in the best interests of their health and self. We do appreciate, however, that there is peace of mind, knowing the medications are available should they need them.
As a truly gentle and non-judgmental dental provider, we offer considerable value. Our patients not only enjoy “smile makeovers,” but they also benefit from “mental makeovers.” They get to know and become comfortable with modern, painless, and advanced dentistry. Since they can finally get a cleaning, exam, and other routine services without stress and pain, our patients can avoid more aggressive and costly restorative treatments. However, again, restorations and rehabilitative treatments are available should individuals need them to restore their oral health and overall well-being.
Gentle Dentistry of Newnan’s comprehensive services include:
- Advanced diagnostics, such as digital x-rays
- “Deep cleaning” with scaling and root planing for gum disease
- Aesthetic porcelain veneers and dental bonding
- High-impact professional take home teeth whitening kit
- Lovely and durable porcelain crowns
- Metal-free composite dental fillings
- Fixed dental bridges to replace missing teeth
- Restoration of dental implants (the “gold standard” in tooth replacement)
- Oral surgical expertise
And much more! Dr. Sahara likes to say, “Come as you are.” And we mean it. We are dedicated
to uplifting our patients and inspiring confidence in them. That’s why they keep returning to our office, time and time again, as their needs evolve and to maintain the oral care that supports overall health and excellent quality of life. With newfound confidence and health, our patients pass their great attitudes and habits on to their children.
