As someone who is terrified of the dentist - Gentle Dentistry is amazing. The moment I walked in and realized there were no scary teeth pictures on the wall to the friendly receptionist, very detailed and thorough hygienist and the dentist sitting to talk to you and not hovering over you - as a new patient, the overall experience was amazing and I’m so happy I found a dentist office that takes my fears away

I hesitate to say that I enjoyed my last visit to the dentist, but it was the most enjoyable Dental visit that I ever had. I spent much of my visit trying to hold back the laughter while Dr Sahara and the Dental Assistant (Erica I believe) talked about family, traffic and life; while drilling the cavity on my tooth. The front office staff (Felicia) is so nice and easy to work with.

I am afraid of needles. This is the first time I received a shot at the dentist and did not endure pain. There is something magical about how they give shots. I could hear the drilling of my tooth but I did not smell the burning. The safe is wonderful and the facility is clean.

I have been going here for +2 years now and have always had a great experience. I have never sat in the waiting room for longer than two minutes. My most recent visit I came in for a cleaning and brought up a concern I had about a cavity and Dr. Sahara said she had time to take care of it right then. Within 15 minutes my cavity was filled. They were like a nascar pit crew!! Everyone is very kind and helpful so it makes every visit a pleasant one.

Let me prelude this with I have a borderline phobia when it comes to dental visits. Panic attacks are barely held at. Not good at 41 years old. My very first visit Christie (the lady that cleans) talked me calmly through the entire thing. Best experience I've had. I cannot yet vouch for the rest of the procedures but 10/10 would recommend for sensitive teeth.

Wanted to say thank you to the oral surgeon who did 2 of my abstraction yesterday. Very professional and communicated with patient during the entire process. Today I'm experiencing very little to NO pain.

The hygienists are amazing with friendly bedside manor. Dr. Sahara is an artist when it come to teeth. And they don't play when it comes to the "Gentle" part of the name. My first visit to Dr. Sahara and her team—specifically her hygienist, Christy—was awesome. My mouth is a MESS due to Sjögren’s, and my former dentist failed to treat appropriately. Everyone was so kind, compassionate and gentle that, for the first time ever, despite the amount of (painful, extensive) work I’ll have to have, I was relaxed. Great staff! This place a great customer service. They go out of their way to explain costs (so there are no suprising charges) the Hygienist do their best to explain what they are doing and make sure that you our comfortable. The office opened up right away. It was pretty cold back there but they offer blankets so just be sure to ask! It was comfortable and the dental hygienist was very careful with my mouth. Just a heads up though this was the longest cleaning that I have ever had.

They live up to the name! They don't poke around where you said it hurts. They have a little camera and they just take pictures instead. Even the surgeon is gentle! They will stop mid procedure if you need, or if it hurts they listen and numb it more. I need a minute to breathe, they said let us know when you're ready. I love this place. Thanks guys!

Like many people, I am apprehensive about the dentist. After an unpleasant experience else where, I decided to give Gentle Dentistry of Newnan a try. Get a second opinion and have some work done. I could not have felt more at ease during my appointment. They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. They listened to my concerns and met all my needs. I will definitely be back for cleanings, etc. Not so nervous to return in the future.

If you want great people, service, and a dentist office that understands when you're terrified, then this is the dentist for you. I have such a dear that the drill sounds make me nauseous, they worked with me, took their time, and I can actually sit for a cleaning without a panic attack! Love them, and won't go anywhere else.

Today I was in for my semi annual cleaning and as always the visit was perfect. I started visiting these lovely ladies in 2012 when I was having some MAJOR issues and living in Newnan. Let me tell you from the first visit this practice has lived up to its name. In addition to be very gentle, they are the most comforting, kindest and informative professionals. I have to say I feel like family from the time I walk in until the time I leave. I moved to Fayetteville two years ago and commute. The entire staff is so kind and caring. My I am 34 years old and just had my very first cavity. I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but I didn't feel a single thing! They even give you a blanket if you're cold and offer to hold your hand. I no longer have to fear if I get a cavity again because now I know it's really no big deal. I saw my hygienist that I see regularly (not involved with today's procedure) as I was leaving, and she checked on me to make sure everything went well.

The staff was very professional upon it being my first visit. I have had some really bad dentists in the past few years and upon walking into this facility, it was like I had known them for years. They were honest about my existing conditions and actually communicated what the problems were, and what they could have stemmed from. I like this type of communication because it'll make people more prone to take better precautions themselves and voice them to others around them. I highly recommend this facility to everyone I know. When it came time for my procedure to be done, they got me in and out in no time, and gave proper information on caring for my mouth and also what procedures should be done next. They even called the next day to check on me to see if I had any questions or concerns and that speaks volume!

The welcoming alone is so warming. It’s like visiting your best friend you haven’t seen in months. They’re all about relationship building and they actually care! My last dentist would get me in and get me out and didn’t know how to say my first name, even though I’d been going there since I was 5 years old. The environment gives me less anxiety during my dental experience. Really great office!

These people know how to handle you with a tough schedule. I work as a traveling construction worker and I give little notice but they seem to also find a way to see me with short notice. Not to mention the work is top-notch and they even alow me to watch ESPN while they work.

I have a husband who was terrified of the Dentist and he will only go to Gentle Dentistry of Newnan. They (yes everyone) are so patient, and attentive. We have a huge family and Gentle Dentistry staff have never complained about the time I take in reviewing all of the treatment plans or making each of their appointments. I love everyone at Gentle Dentistry. Dr. Sahara and her staff are all so kind and they truly care about their patients. I had bad experiences growing up with dentists, so I always have a bit of anxiety before I arrive. After my procedures, I always wonder why I was so anxious. They truly are gentle and they always do everything in their power to make sure that I am comfortable.

The name says it all. I'm a wimp when it comes to pain. I had not been to the dentist in several years. They assured me it would not hurt and used a gum number. I had to come back a few weeks later for a filling, it was painless. I'll be back every 6 months. Awesome staff!

I had not been to the dentist for some time due to illness in my family. When I got back, the doctors at Gentle Dentistry found a large abscess which had not been painful or problematic. It needed immediate attention. Now that is behind me. Wonderful cleaning process where I had all the personnel laughing at me! I think they have a great group working there and they pay attention!

I dislike going to the dentist, mostly because of the x-ray procedure. But, Mrs. Christy, the hygenist I was assigned to was absolutely wonderful. The procedure was quick and as comfortable as it could get for me. Dr. Sahara was very kind and informative as well. I'm looking forward to my second visit.

I am so thankful that my wife referred me to Gentle Dentistry of Newnan. I originally booked a consultation, mostly out of necessity, to learn what could be done to help a cracked tooth. The dentist was my least favorite appointment to book due to pain normally inflicted during the normal exams and visits under my previous Dentists. Gentle Dentistry of Newnan helped me understand the process of the treatment and worked out the appointments to minimize any delay. I must admit my appointments have been extremely pleasant and this is why I highly recommend all the staff at Gentle Dentistry of Newnan.
